Please help-- I have a former employee who has her own trello account, but it was set up using her former (now deleted) work email. She can't remember her password so now the recovery link is being sent to a defunct address. I set up a forwarding email to reactivate the address, and the address is back in service, receiving other emails. But the recovery link is not coming through. I have tried about 10 times and waited over half an hour. How can I intercept it or change the email it's being sent to? Or is there an alternate way to recover it as the admin of the domain? Thanks!
