Does Moving Starred Boards around not exist anymore?
I used to be able to move starred boards around. The online 'how to' site mentions it as a thing that is still available (see screen shot below). I can't get any of my boards to move now.
Also, why can't I get real customer service? I'm part of a paid business account, but it will not give me direct access to customer service. I can only post to a community help board.

The layout changed; now you can find your starred boards at the top of the screen on the "Starred." next to "recent" and "templates"
Notice that when you open a board next to the left corner, all boards will appear, and the starred ones will get to the top of the boards.
