Enterprise accounts do have scheduled phone support.
For everyone else, the contact form or email. They do usually respond quickly and helpfully.
Also the Community is here for you too (well, we can try to help as best we can!)

Unfortunately with Trello, this is not an option. You can only reach out to them via their contact form. I know some companies (Atlassian included) will provide a support call after you submit the ticket and they determine you need that level of support. That's on a case by case basis though so I cannot confirm for you.
