My small business has been using Trello for a month now and it’s been a great project communication tool - we love it.
However, none of the notifications work, ever, on any of our mobile phone apps. All staff have turned all notification settings “on” and no one ever receives notifications about new boards, staff comments, new tasks or contributions- which is really frustrating.
We end up having to use another app to communicate with each other just to inform others that something’s been added to Trello eg “I’ve added a file to Trello make sure you check it out”
Not sure if we’ve missed something, but I wish we simply got an alert or notification on our smartphones when a Trello board was added to etc
I’m hoping it’s an easy fix, just something glaringly obvious that we’ve missed. However, if turning notifications “on” is not obvious, or not functioning properly - then why ?

I recommend reading through https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/ so you can understand when notifications are sent.
