Due dates to checklists or a workaround

Mindy Smith January 14, 2019

Here is an example...  We want "One Card" for Each "Client Under Contract" in our Real Estate Business... but then there are different things that have specific time frames like we have 10 days to complete inspections...  so currently we would have to have a different List for each step of the process and a new card for each phase.... The ideal world would be "One Card For Each Client" but then have Checklists that have due dates for what is taking place... We will have 60+ Clients in escrow at a time and it will be really complicated if there are 200 cards, different lists, etc...

@Mindy Smith I should also note that if it's cumbersome to copy a template board and link it back to the client card this process can be automated.

@Mindy Smith the best way to do this "client card with complicated delivery" model is by creating a board for each card and linking it back to the client card:

Then your clients move through a lifecycle from the client perspective, and each individual job or process can move through it's own lifecycle within the client board.
