Eklediğim üyelere hatırlatıcı bildirim gitmiyor, nasıl çözebilirim?

Trello panolarımızın bazılarına bazı üyelere ekleyerek yetkilendirmeler yaptık. Kart içerisinde tarih ve saat ayarlaması yapınca hatırlatıyı aktif ediyorlar ve maillerine bildirim gitmiyor. Ayrıca filtreleme alanından filtreleme yapmak istediklerinde bu şekilde filtreleme yapamıyorlar. Bu sorunların nasıl çözebiliriz?

Trello will notify user's of actions that happen in a cards if they are assigned to or watching. This means that user icon or watching 'eye' icon is on the card.

Even if the email notifications are set to 'Instantly', there's a slight delay from when a notification occurs in Trello and when the email is actually sent. If user read the notification in Trello before the email is sent, Trello will not send the corresponding email (due to the fact that user have in fact read the notification).

Can you share the example username of the user ,I will once check the email logs as well.
