Eliminate notice on WEBSITE version of Trello

We prefer to use the website version of Trello for our field technicians. HOWEVER when we do so, at the top of the BOARD there is a NOTICE - OPEN IN TRELLO APP - with an OPEN button. Is there any way to permanently remove this notice? We do NOT want technicians to use the app version.
