I'm Emmanuel Katto, We’re trying to add a new member with the email address [email removed] to our work board, but they haven’t received the confirmation email. Without this, we’re unable to complete their addition to the board.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this? Any advice on ensuring the confirmation email is sent and received would be greatly appreciated!
