Enabled Google Drive, power up is not available on card

Connie Nagele July 1, 2025

I am on Trello Beta

I enabled Drive power up and signed into Google, and gave Trello permissions.

I am not seeing Google Drive Power Up on the Power Up bar on the board, nor as an option on the back of the card.

Hi @Connie Nagele !

The card buttons are all bundled together now. Would you mind checking the Power-Up buttons right below the card when you open it? It should be right there along with any other Power-Ups you have enabled on the board. Let me show you:

Let us know if you don't find it!

I have the same problem since the rollout of the new format. And I do not see anything on the screen like what you're showing in the screenshots.

Fen,

I found the power up menu; it isn't actually on the card - it floats just below the card - took me a bit to see it.

Thank you so much for that. Wow. That is STUNNINGLY bad design. What the actual. And then the photos given by the Atlassian team in answer do not make that clear - the arrow made me think it was on the card and then would pop out when I clicked it. *HOW IS IT NOT IN ANY OF THE MENUS*. Why change the interface so profoundly that you have to learn a whole new way of interacting with it in order to find simple tools.

I am glad to know now, though. Wow. I hope they are roundly walloped by the market for this extremely poor design they've chosen to "upgrade" to.

Anyway - thank you. I appreciate the help, and now the product is... almost... as functional as it was before the "upgrade"

Also, why is this not in any of the help pages, why is it not in a tour of the new product, why is it hard to find the answer? Why did I have to traipse through twenty pages, log in to a forum, interact multiple times in multiple ways, wait several days, and then receive the actual answer from another user? Even with AI assist, Atlassian couldn't find a way to make this information available in some other format, some other way, that isn't so ... labyrinthine?
