Suddenly, we have discovered that our users are receiving 2 copies of the email indicating that we have received your issue and will work on it. Where can I begin to look to see why this is happening? I am the administrator here and can guarantee we have not made any changes whatsoever.

Could you please provide more details about this issue? When you mention a ticket, are you referring to created cards? Are you utilizing any Power-Ups?
