I am really intrigued to understand what the community thinks of this
No surprise but security is a hot topic in our organisation and was the key driving factor in moving to the 'enterprise' Trello license
Is it acceptable to list a license level as 'enterprise' when it does not provide multi factor authentication.
With Trello, your enterprise licensed does not include MFA but requires an additional service to be purchased to have access to what IT experts would consider a minimum baseline security measure. (in our experience something their sales team was not aware of the requirement to purchase this add-on)
After making these purchases, with the assistance of three (very long and technical) helpdesk articles you must jump through several hoops to register, link and verify these services together in order to have MFA.
My question is what we as customers should reasonably expect from enterprise labelled products, should security be a minimum include, be easily activated and should Atlassian be more accountable when it comes to how the security of their products is implemented.
