Hi Trello Team,
Since the latest UI update, when opening a card in the desktop app or on a wide browser screen, the layout now displays the comments and activity on the right-hand column instead of below the card content (description, checklists, attachments, etc.).
This new layout significantly reduces usability for many of us who rely on a vertical workflow to review progress on detailed cards.
**Request:** Please bring back the **option to display the card layout vertically**, where all card content appears at the top and **comments/activity are shown underneath**, just as it used to be. Even offering it as a setting would be greatly appreciated.
This affects productivity and flow, especially for power users and professionals who manage high-volume cards.
Thanks for considering this request!

This was the absolute final straw for me. I nearly cried when Atlassian bought Trello because Atlassian have a history of acquiring products and then destroying them by adding far too many features, which is exactly what they've slowly been doing over the last few years. This latest UI update is the straw that broke the camel's back, and I am now going to look for an alternative to Trello.
RIP Trello. I hate you Atlassian.
