Formatting a custom field date in a command

I am trying to create a command to add a date to the card name when a date custom field is set

I would like to remove the time stamp and only add the date. Is that possible true Butler or even through settings?

The date custom field works just like the Due Date in a card, so it isn't possible to remove the time stamp. When an event/task is an all-day one I just set it up at midnight.
