Trying to use Gmail add-on to send emails directly to Trello boards. I receive a "something went wrong when executing the add-on" error message. It worked until last week, then stopped. I tried restarting, uninstalling, etc. The same function still works for apps like Asana. It is a work computer and gmail account, so there may be a security mechanism in the way.
Any suggestions?
Hi Brad,
I'm Indhu from the Trello Support Team, thanks for taking the time to reach out!
Unfortunately, you're running into a known issue affecting a subset of users on the Gmail add-in. We are currently working on a fix with the Gmail team, as this requires changes to be made on their end we can't provide any ETAs at this time. However once a fix is ready we'll be rolling it out straight away.
For now, if you're looking for ways to create cards directly from your inbox then you can try out our email-to-board feature: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/ - I understand it's not the same experience but hopefully, this can be a viable workaround for the time being.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions, I'll be happy to help!
Is this the issue that involves the two factor authorization?

No this is a Gmail add on issue.

Ok. I read on another thread that the Gmail add-on had issues with the two factor authorization was on. I thought this was related. Thanks!
