Gmail to trello not including attachments

Newbie question....I have trello attached to my gmail account and when I hit the trello button it does create a trello card of the email. Everything works great EXCEPT that it doesn't bring over the attachments which is the most important part. I hate having to download and then re-upload. What am I doing wrong?

It can also do shared email (like a helpdesk) that works from any device.

Hi, 

To include email attachment : 

• either use outlook and his add-on
• either use gmail and the board email. See email parameter on trello board.
  • wich allows to add labels and members from email subject ("#" and "@") too.
