HELP! Critical TRELLO board suddenly disappeared! Did not delete it it

5 Year TRELLO user. Important critical board suddenly disappeared last week, did not delete! I am the administrator! Have tried to contact TRELLO technical support, have tried to open work order, have received no answers. HELP!
