Hello!
Our company is using the email to board feature to track POs. Usually I will email a release of product with the email to board email address CC'd. Once the email is sent, Trello has been making the email subject line the title of the card (which I want). Then the body of the email will be in the description section of the card but I have noticed over the last few weeks that every 3rd or 4th card, the card title is part of the first line of the email rather than the subject line. Also the email to board feature is adding bullet points and random words not actually in the email. I will randomly get "Contact Info" and then it will show my email signature. This has only started happening since early to mid July. I can manually fix it but I would rather understand the root of the issue.
Here's an example of what I don't want that is happening (things in parenthesis are things I edited for privacy reasons, things in Bold are words added by Trello and not in the original email)-
(Card Title Generated)-Release 126 cf of (product) for (customer name)

(My info here for some reason)
Here is what most of the cards look like and what I want-
(Card Title Generated)-(Customer Name) PO#8125 INV

Just so we are clear-the examples are two different orders, both of which had a reply email with the board to email address CC'd so I dont think it is a double message confusing it thing. We have several automation actions set up but none of them have changed. We use outlook online for emails and my account is a hotmail account. Both emails were formatted the same way and do not contain any special characters, accents, or other languages. Both were sent on the outlook website from a desk top. Both attachments sent are using the same template on excel and converted to PDF. All email addresses used were on both emails.
Please let me know your suggestions!
Thank you so much!
