Hello,

 

Please can you look into the problems we are facing and please rectify as a matter of urgency or give me clear step by step instructions so I can made the changes this end, Company name Grand Installations Ltd  

 

Jobs that are booked on the calendar overlap each other making it impossible to read, I need each project or item to be clear from one another and easy to understand like it has been in the past. The second problem we are facing is that Trello keeps login out members of staff and they are unable to log back in, they are currently getting around this problem by deleting the app on their phones and starting again.

Welcome to the community! Keep in mind that this is a public forum, and most of us are regular users/admins like you. 

In your post, it's stated that you're on Premium. This means that you can contact Atlassian Support directly. They will also be able to access your environment (if you allow them to), to investigate any issues you might have.
