Hi, I'm unable to log into Trello on my Mac

Hi, I'm unable to log into Trello on my Mac because I don't have the six-digit verification code that’s supposed to come via my phone. I also don’t have the 24-digit recovery key. I’ve managed to log in on my mobile, but I need access from my Mac, which is the most important device for me.
