Almost Abusive Jira POP-UP

I do not have Jira, and i do not want to test it, but i cannot close this pop up, it takes almost 1/3 of the screen

Hi @Gabi, 

This is certainly not what we intended! There is an option to dismiss but it is off the top of the screen. We're working on a fix so that this doesn't happen to anyone else when the browser is this size. 

In the short term, if you make the window a little smaller the image should disappear and you'll see an underscore _ button which will minimize the message. Once it is minimized you can dismiss it via the X.

Hi @Gabi 

This is a real sensitive point for me and the Trello team know my feelings. I find it quite insulting that paid Trello users are being target with ads for a tool that is almost certainly not right for them. 

I imagine the Trello team has it's hands tied here but shame on Atlassian for continuing this unnecessary campaign. They can't have much faith in Jira if they have to try and poach Trello users 😂

My advice to those who also find this really annoying, raise a support ticket.
