Highlight aboard if list X contains items

Is there a way for a Board to have some sort of Marker if a certain list contains items.
For most projects, I have a simple To Do, Done, Billed set of cards.

What I'd like to do is when To Do contains a card - have a marker show up on that board so it's easy to see which projects have things I need to do.

Is this possible, or something that may be implemented?

Along with the above answer, you can also add yourself as members on the cards that you need to focus on. From thee you can visit your "Cards" page to find (and sort!) you'd like to work on.
