Hover state broken on mirror cards

When using mirror cards, the hover state is very broken. 

It seems to be when:

• There is a hover card at the end of a list
• Below a normal card that has a word that will wrap to a new line if the scrollbar is present, but not wrap if no scrollbar
• With those 2 factors, a scrollbar presents but the hovering of a mirror card with the extra background padding causes an infinite loop of hover/unhover
• Pay close attention in the video the list scrollbar and the word wrap of the card above it
