How can I Change the Evernote logo on attachments?

When attaching a note from Evernote using the Evernote powerup, the Evernote logo (Elephant) shows on the left. Is there a way to replace the logo with artwork of my own choosing?

Right now, there won't be a way to change that icon directly, but I will let our team know you'd like to see the option to do that in the future.
