How can I archive cards after they have been sitting in "Done" for a certain time?

What I'm wanting to do is this:

I don't want our "Done" list to fill up with excess cards, so I would like to create a rule that archives any cards that have been in the "Done" list for more than a week.

Is that functionality possible?
