How can I change my custom powerup output location?

Hello, 

I have created a Trello powerup that parses and outputs specific information from a csv file. The power up currently works by opening an html popup where the javascript runs from. The output is currently displayed in the Trello popup window (html popup) and I was wondering if there is a way to have the powerup output from my code directly to the description box. Any ideas?
