I am introducing a trello in our company now, and I am studying how we will implement this app. My question is, we have a team and for this team I have a coordinator and I would you like that only the coordinator have the permisson to edit and add cards. It is possible do it in trello?
The feature you are describing is a part of our Business Class product. We call them 'Observers', and in this role, users are only able to see and possibly comment on boards, but can't add , edit or move cards. You can read up more about Business Class here: https://trello.com/business-class

Can observers filter cards by labels or by member assigned or even search for cards on a specific board? So that they cannot modify them but can quickly find what they are looking for
