How can I get format of my Trello cards to match rest of my team's?

The rest of my team's Trello cards have in the right-hand column a stack of horizontal gray clickable buttons: Join, Members, Labels, Checklist, Dates, Attachment, Cover, Custom Fields; followed by the words Power-Ups (with Add Power-Ups below that word) and Automation (with Add button below that word); then below that another stack of horizontal bars under the word Action: Move, Copy, Mirrow, Make template, and Archive. 

That's the view I want (to match them). However, when I open the same cards, instead my right column says Comments and activity on top, followed by a place to Write a comment..., followed by a log of all my activities on this card starting with the most recent. 

How do I change my Trello to a view like my team mates?
