I just paid for this app so i could specifically use the planner feature but it doesnt work. What is the customer service phone number

You're in the right place to ask your question. There is not a customer service phone number for Atlassian. The Support Team and the Atlassian Community work together and are here to help you resolve the issues you face.
It would help to know what kind of problems you are facing with the planner. If we nail that down, then either the Community can help you with a solution, or, if there is indeed a bug present within the software, we can raise a support ticket.
Please be aware that the Beta version of Trello is an unreleased, unfinished version of the software, and there is an expectation that bugs or unfinished features may be present in it. It is really designed for users who want to test upcoming changes and provide feedback to Atlassian. If that's not you, I don't recommend using the Beta.
That being said, the Planner feature, to my knowledge, is supposed to come to the regular version of Trello this month.
