I have an old Trello account that I need to access but the email address it is tied to no longer exists. Even though I have my login and password for the account saved, when I try to login it says its sending a code to my email. I can't retrieve the code because the email is defunct. AND THERE'S NO HUMAN OR PHONE SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO HELP ME. The data on this board is very important to me and I'd love to migrate that to my other account with my other email address but again...THERE'S NO HUMAN OR PHONE SUPPORT TO HELP ME. On top of all of this I'm getting charged annually for an amount that does not jive with what I signed up for and I've tried exploring billing concerns but...you guessed it NO HUMAN OR PHONE SUPPORT TO HELP ME. So yeah - if there's anyone out there than can answer the first question - or send me a phone number that works. I'd be forever grateful. Thanks.
You can actually contact Atlassian directly.
It just isn't phone based support. You may need to log in to use that form; in that case, just create a new account. There isn't a phone based support for non-enterprise customers (and even enterprise customers, to my knowledge, don't have "a phone number they can call". They are just able to schedule meetings), so this form is your best bet.
That being said, you need access to your email on file to prove your identity. If you can't access the email, then Atlassian has no proof that the account belongs to you. Maybe if you contact them, they can help some other way. But I know that often times, no access to the email on file may lock you out of your account.
That being said, you say the account is "defunct". Is it possible that you could re-create the email account and then re-send the code? If not, have you exhausted all of the options for recovering your email account? Most email providers have a process for this, as many services rely on your email address as proof of your identity, and they understand situations happen and affect other services. Kind of like losing your government-issued ID.
Hope this helps, and I hope you recover access to your account, and that Atlassian is able to help you with the charge issue!
If you have billing questions, I might be able to help get to the bottom of that based on Trello's pricing guidelines.
