I'm currently managing a custom Android app (a modified Instagram client like Instander APK) and looking for a structured way to track APK releases, version control, and user feedback.

Can anyone guide me on how to efficiently use Jira or Trello to:

• Manage multiple APK versions (beta, stable)

• Track user-reported bugs or feature requests

• Plan upcoming features or sprints

Bonus if anyone has experience using Jira automation or integrations with Firebase or GitHub for Android APK workflows.
