For some reason my Atlassian 2FA is not sending a text to my cell phone and I can't find my 24-character emergency recovery key
How can I update these #'s?

If you are not able to use either the 6-digit code or the backup code, you can proceed with the steps below.
This will send an email to the address linked to your account, after 24 hours you will receive a new email with a one-time link you can use to access your account - Please note, for security reasons, this email will take a full 24 hours to be delivered, and we're unable to speed this up.
Once you regain access to your account, you must disable 2FA by following the steps on this page to prevent this issue from happening again.
