I used to be able to set new hours on the cards but I can't anymore. I am just able to change the day of the card. Can someone explain why is that? How can I change the hours on the cards?

The box to set the time is still available beside the date box, as shown in the screenshot below.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot with us if you see something different? It would help us understand this issue better so we can start troubleshooting.
