I have added an admin to my boards. She is still unable to edit or add to any boards. How do we fix this? Currently I have business gold. Is an upgrade needed?
You'll find on the non-subscription accounts, only the person setting the board up has admin like controls.
For your position, would suggest you set all accounts up using a central admin email address that people log in via that one, like company.admin@xyz ... com
Then, anyone in the company can do, they just add themselves in as a standard member ... means they see the boards as other do too. Need to do something that requires admin, just log in as that.
Also helps see wood from trees, and stops accidental delete or global settings change etc.
I set most my stuff up like that, and although its just me, plus invitees, means I dont get distracted with admin stuff when I want to be task focused.
