I am trying to run automation to include
when a card with a name containing "Job# {* }" is added to list "Pending Approval", find a card titled "Job# {wildcard1}" in list "To Schedule", and move the card to the top of list "Ready to Release"
but I can only get 2 cards to move before there is a Loop error. How do I go about this to make the cards move? sometimes I can have up to 10 cards, I need moved, because they are for different departments for my company and have different descriptions.
Hi @wsgtrello
The loop protection in Trello can be ugly to navigate. Do you have any other automations active or just these 2?? In particular, do you have any automations that trigger from when a card is added to list "Ready to release"?
Yes, I have many other automations. the image highlighted in yellow is the trigger for when a card is added to list Ready to Release. I have about 10 for this list, to move to another list based on "Cost Center" custom field population.
I even tried to include another automation for when a card is added to one of the "Cost Center" list, look for {Job* } in list to Schedule, but this wont navigate due to the loop error.

Hi, with the information I have, I am not sure how I can hone in the exact issue...What I can see if you are using list "Ready to Release" as an action and a trigger in many different places, I am not surprised that you are getting this. At some place 1 will most likely be conflicting with another.
I would have a look at the log of all automations with that trigger and see if you can find any others reporting loop error?!
Let me know what you find
