How do I change my Trello name in 2022?

I've tried over many many days to change my Trello account info through trello.com/me but it keeps reverting to the old one no matter how many times I save it. My atlassian details have been updated but it doesn't reflect on my Trello. I am unable to change my Trello name, initials,. Even though the field is editable and it says "saving". Please help.

Hi @LvnMY - you can change your username at https://trello.com/me/profile and your full name and other details at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility

Can you tell me what field you're trying to change, e.g. username, Full name, etc.?

I have a different problem today. So, after posting, the profile image FINALLY changed and the full  name and display name  BUT THE INITIALS cannot be changed.

It's one field after another that does spooky things. Wonder if it's because I use SSO? Atlassian website I can change. The problem is on the Trello app, the changes aren't reflected.....

  You can change the username in this URL https://trello.com/your/account and clicking on Change name, Initials or Bio
