How do I change the look of the cards?

Hello there! I just started using Trello with my company and out of nowhere the optic of the cards just changed. When we first started using it, the actions, the date, labels, etc. were on the right side of every card. Now it changed completely, that the bar is no longer there.
Is there maybe a shortcut to change the optic of a card completely? Or how do I reset it?
