There isn't really a direct contact. You would need to create a support ticket. What kind of issue are you facing?
Thanks, Nikola, but this request isn't prompted by one specific issue. And the issues I do have aren't really support issues as they are product and feature suggestions. I want someone dedicated to championing Trello feature ideas that are important to our success as a Trello-using business.

Hi @Scott Stilson Dotted throughout Trello are feedback buttons that are monitored by the Trello team. In fact a lot of the changes to newly released features have come from that user feedback:
There is also a very convoluted way to suggest features through Atlassian Support.

Thanks, @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting. I was aware of those buttons, but I suppose they and the support portal, which I agree with you has some convolution to it, are the only way to go. I was just looking for more interpersonal championing.
