My Atlassian/Bitbucket public name is set. I then go to Trello to set the (public) username to be the same, but it says "Username is taken".
Is there not one username system for all Atlassian products? I'm assuming that it is me who is already using the username, so why cannot I use the same username in Trello?
Hey, Gary
Welcome to the community
Is it possible that your Trello workspace has the same name you're trying to use as your username? On Trello, usernames and workspace names share the same name pool. If your workspace already uses the desired name, that would explain why you're unable to change your username.

Hi Alisson. I have two work spaces, both with very different names from my username.

Hey, Gary
I was reviewing our system and found out that actually there's a user with the username garyhooper with an account from 2015, so that's the reason why you can't use this username on Trello

And can you verify that the email associated with it is different than the email associated with my Atlassian account? (If it's AT avegant, it's me.)

Hey, Gary
For security reasons i can't share the full address, but the email is different
g***o95***1@*re***il.h*
if you recognize the email, you can log in and change the username to free up to your account.
Kind Regards
Alisson
