How do I switch ownership of our brand account since the current account owner left the company?

@Kalyn Le Blanc Welcome to the Atlassian community

You will need to work with the current owner of the account to get it moved.  If there is not way to work with them then you will need to contact support. https://help.trello.com/article/1104-how-to-transfer-boards-to-a-new-account
