How do i move boards from Free Workspace to Paid Workspace

I've followed what they said to do by going into settings but it wont let me move it because its the free version... but i cant move them to the paid workspace necause it wont let me. How do i work around this?

To move a board to a new Workspace you must be an admin of the board, and a member of the Workspace you are moving the board to. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/
