How much is the cost if my board member join another board I created in the same workspace? 

Now I am paying $60 per year. We need another board for another project. Few of the existing members will be joining in this new board as well.

in general you will start paying for all the users, who started using two or more boards instead of one.

The price itself depends on the plan and whether you have monthly or annual billing (~$5 / user / month for Standard and ~$10 / user / month for Premium).
