I installed the "Card Dependencies by Screenful" power-up to all of my Workspaces & Boards. I can see that it is enabled as a power-up.
How do I make it work with Cards?
I watched the animated GIF on the Screenful site but none of the things shown in the GIF appear as options for me on my Boards & Cards.
For example (from the Screenful instructions site):
After enabling this Power-Up from the Power-Up directory, you can start setting dependencies between cards by clicking Card Dependencies at the right side menu of a card. An input window opens that allows you to select the type of dependency you want to set:
The above does not work. There is not a Card Dependencies at the right side menu of on the card
Thanks!
Amendment
I am running the Free Trello product in Chrome on a Macbook.
I've got some guesses:
Possibility 1
Try going to the Enabed tab in Powerups, then click the Settings button under Card Dependencies. Then "Authorize Account".
To catch the possibility that you missed/skipped Screenful's authorize step that happens immediately after you Add their powerup.
If I'm completely off-base, then you will not see an "Authorize Account" option, only "Remove personal settings". In which case this answer will not be applicable.
Possibility 2
Login and open the board in incognito mode, or on a different browser just in case.
This is to catch the possibility that you have an extension or adblock that is not allowing the Dependencies button to show up.
Possibility 3
are you accessing this on your phone? as powerups don't work on the phone
Hope one of those apply.

Possibility 2 -- Eureka @Vongsawat!
The Power-up does not work In Chrome on my Macbook with the Extensions (like Adblock Plus and/or AdBlock and/or AdBlocker Ultimate.
The developer/author should post that on their installation instructions.

Its entirely up to how Adblock is configured. In your case its getting in the way of multiple powerups. But I've never had any problems with AdBlock Plus and uBlock, etc. As in its more to do with the adblocker, than a specific powerup.
It is a known thing to check for here on the forums whenever someone reports funky behaviour from a powerup though (didn't think about that possibility for your other question at the time)
Glad that solved things for you though.
