My email provider shut down, so I can't receive the confirmation email to access my account and I can't contact Trello help because I don't know what the account address is.
How can I update my email address when the old email no longer works?
Get in touch with Atlassian Support: Get as much information as you can, even if you don't know the specific email (board names, activity, payment details, possible usernames). Choose "Log in Issues" from Atlassian's support portal, then provide a description of the issue and any potential email addresses. In order for the team to look into account ownership and perhaps restore access, provide alternate contact information; however, success is not certain and is contingent upon verification.
