I would like to have a review board to help me review my school work.
Every day I would add the pages of the book Im studying and would like to review that material the next day, 1 week later, 3 months later and one year later but dont want to create 4 additional tasks or reminders.
Is there a way for me to add "pages 1-5" and it would automatically create 4 additional reminders at the intervals mentioned above with "pages 1-5" as the reminder. and the next day I would add would add 5-10 as a new card and it would do the automation again for 5-10 as a separate task...
Would be great to also have that integrated into a task app or google calendar.
Hi @Sam - Thanks for reaching out to the Community. You can create automated tasks through our Butler tool: https://help.trello.com/article/1198-an-intro-to-butler
In the automation, you can set a rule so that when a new card is created, it'll automatically add 3 checklist items, however you can only assign dates to them with a paid plan: https://help.trello.com/article/1217-which-trello-plan-is-the-best-one-for-me - Otherwise on the Free plan, you can just create 4 separate tasks, name the accordingly then manually check them off.
