We have just changed the email and we can't open de mails we had in de email of our atlassian account because we need to change it but the system don't give us how to do it. Can you help us?

In order to change your email:
Enter the new email address.
Save changes.
Check the inbox of the new email address to find the verification message.
Select Verify your email and follow the instructions to complete the update.
