How to change the admin user if the old and only admin is no longer in the company?

Hello,

to clarify my question:

We have an admin at our Trello-Board who is now longer in our team/company, but he is the only admin of this board. 
Is it possible to delet this user from the board and at the same time to change the administration permission to one of the other members in the groupe?

Are you an admin of the Workspace the board is in? If so, then if you can’t to it now I believe this is a feature of the paid plans.
