How to delete a trello alert in Slack if a card is created by mistake?

By mistake, I created a Trello card of one group in another and it popped the notification in that Slack group although I have deleted that card in trello board how to delete that alert in Slack? It is not showing any options

Hi Akash,

There is not currently a way to delete the messages within Slack. Unfortunately, that would be controlled by Slack and not us, so I'm afraid that there isn't much we can do to allow you to do that.
