I have Trello cards that are filled with way too much junk, and all the clutter makes it hard to find the useful information in there.
I've already seen how to delete a comment that was made consciously by an actual person; just click on "delete". That helps, however unfortunately there are still tons of little update notes like "Joe added a checklist to this card", or "Suzy moved this card to Results", etc.
Nobody made this comments, they were just put there by Trello automatically, and I have no use for them (e.g. I can see that there's been a checklist added, why would I need to be told that?). They really clutter up the card and I can't see any "delete" icon below them. Can I turn off these little automatic notes, or delete them somehow?
Hello @Bren O
No, you can't delete them, as they are the history of all the changes made to the card, and are immutable.
All you can do is hide or show them by clicking either the Hide Details or Show Details button respectively on the card back.
This is frustrating. We get a lot of unnecessary images from email signatures when sending info to cards. When I delete the images, or duplicate files, it leaves a history notice, and pushes down the more important details, making them harder to find. A clean-up tool would be a very good improvement.
