How do I change my account email? I went through the entire process, I made the request, the system sent the confirmation email to the new email, I clicked on the email validation button. I logged into my Atrassian account and the email remains the same as the old one. And it still says that it is "pending confirmation". What should I do? I no longer have access to the old email account. Im stay into a loop confirmation.

First, please check your spam folder to see if the missing emails have been mistakenly filtered there. I've reviewed our mail logs, and it seems the emails you're not receiving are marked as delivered on our side. However, they are currently queued for delivery by your mail server.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to these emails from our end. I recommend reaching out to your IT team or mail provider to ensure these emails are allowed through.
