How to stop cards getting hidden?

I have more than one card in each box (apologies not familiar with terms hence the screenshot) but it won't show up. I don't know how to fix this and I have a meeting coming up and really need this sorted for it. Can you please help me solve this?

It says I have 5 cards in the first box but only shows 4. And I have 3 cards in the next box but only shows one! Its driving me mad tbh. A thank you in advance for your effort to help me. : )

Hi Fatema

"more than one card in each box".  What you're referring to as a box is called a list, just for reference :)

You have filtering enabled.  When you have filtering enabled, any cards that do not match the data being filtered will "hide".  So there's a "Filtering enabled" near the top of the screen.. click close on that or strike the X key on your keyboard to disable the filters.
